Name: Zuani Vigne

Appelation: Collio Bianco DOC

Year: 2021

Grapes:  Chardonnay, Sauvignon blanc, Pinot grigio , Friulano

Alcohol: 13% 0.75L 

Colour: bright yellow. Bouquet : soft, complex, fruit-rich nose enhanced by lingering mineral notes. Palate: the warm, broad palate echoes the nose, revealing balanced acidity and impressively rich fruit on the long finish.

Serving Temperature: serve at about 14 °C.

Soil type: Marl and sandstone of Eocene origin, known as Ponca. Excellent exposure and position, with medium to steep slope.

Vinification: Each variety is vinified separately.Cold maceration, temperature-controlled fermentation and maturing in stainless steel tanks.

NOTE FROM THE IMPORTER

We like it to let it age a bit... We end up selling it about 2 years later than available in order to let the Sauvignon Blanc to achieve an armonic balance with the other 3 grapes.
