A journey through the various regions of Italy: starting from Piemonte where we propose Misobolo a high end version of Erbaluce di Caluso, then we go to the Collio Fiulano with a real gem: Zuani Vigne an extraordinarely balanced blend of Chardonnay, Sauvignon, Pinot Grigio and the local grape called Friulano. Going to the center of Italy, in the region of Marche a powerful instance of Verdicchio dei Castelli di Jesi which is perfect with most food (try it with baccalà mantecato). Changing sea-side we land in Tuscany with a real discovery : Montecarlo bianco which is a blend of many local grapes that will surprise you with its power and balance. We go then to the south: first in Calabria with Grisara, an astonishing wine made with a local autocton grapes called Pecorello and we end up with a real classic: Grillo from Sicily.
