Sangiovese is the most produced grape in Italy. This discovery box provides you with a samples of what it can do. Five of this wines comes from Tuscany: Gaiaccia is made in the hills of Florence overlooking the main Church of the city, it is round an powerful in tannings while the Reviresco is a perfect instance of the Morellino a much more soft and light Sangiovese. Viandante, a Montecucco riserva with 2 years in oack will remind you of a Brunello but at much lower price. In the area of Montepulciano the Sangiovese is called Prugnolo Gentile: here in the lighter version of the Rosso di Montepulciano and in the stronger version of the Vino Nobile. The last bottle, Clos, comes from the region of Marche and shows a fresh and fruity Sangiovese ideal to accompany any cold cuts.
