A selections of wines that are good to be used on a normal daily meal. Franconia, from Friuli, is made with a very rear grape (Blaufränkisch) while the Fralibri is done in the most traditional way a valpolicella classico is made: soft, round, low in alchol and no tannings, a white in a red dress. Three wines from Tuscani: a classic Chianti to show the power of Sangiovese, the Montecarlo rosso is a soft and round blens of various local grapes and finally an impressive Montecucco DOC.
