Bouquet: : Floral notes of violet and mint, spicy and balsamic hints of pepper, leather and coffee.
Serving Temperature: serve at about 18-20°C. 
Vinification: Long maceration in submerged cap oak vats where the alcoholic and malolactic fermentation takes place. Aging to be regulated in tonneaux and large oak barrels, followed by 6 months of aging in the bottle.
