Palate: Aromatic, vegetable, it softly envelopes your mouth showing overripe fruit and leaving an absolutely agreeable aftertaste. A wine that surprises at every sip and everybody would like to drink
Serving Temperature: serve at about 16-18 °C.
Vinification: Eight months in medium-toasted French oak tonneaux; then, six months of refinement in bottles.
