Here, strong temperature variations between day and night and between seasons, combined with perfect southern exposure of the vineyards, give wines of unparalleled elegance.The Villamagna RISERVA of the Torre Zambra estate embodies the essence of its territory combined with the power of a great aging wine. Despite its long aging process, it presents a glass with an impenetrable ruby red color and garnet reflections. On the nose, it offers a broad bouquet ranging from ripe fruits like black cherry and plum to complex tertiary aromas such as coffee powder, leather and an elegant balsamic note in the final. In the mouth, it is intense, smooth, and persistent, with an incredible aromatic harmony. Vinification long maceration on the skins for 45 days
Fermentation in stainless steel tanks at 28 – 30° C
