Palate: fresh with tasty tannin, fine and persistent. The cocciopesto aging gives to the wine an unique character in which the fruit is integrated perfectly with the typical Mediterranean bushes notes.
Serving Temperature: serve at about 14-16 °C.
Vinification: manual harvesting, natural fermentation in small vats with indigenous yeasts and 18-days maceration in contact with the skins. Aging: 12 months in cocciopesto amphora.
