Description: the noblest expressions of Montepulciano, Sangiovese, and Primitivo grapes are blended together to create the “INCASTRO ROSA” (literally “rosé joint”).In appearance, it has a delicate pink color with brilliant violet reflections. On the nose, it is a fairly intense and persistent wine, revealing pleasant aromas of fresh red fruits, especially cherry, with hints of strawberry and damson plum. On the palate, it is fresh, sufficiently persistent, with a mineral note on the finish.The particular balance between freshness and complexity allows the INCASTRO ROSA to be the perfect pairing for a wide selection of foods, from pizza to pasta and meat dishes.
