Bouquet :From old vines, symbols of old stories and whole lives lovely devoted to the land, this wine grows out, a true expression of a scrupulous wine-making expertise. In a very harmonious context, an extraordinary aromatic complexity nimbly develops. Intense ripe fruit notes give way to agreeable tobacco aromas displaying a beguiling hint of chocolate and coffee on the finish.
Palate: A full-bodied velvet wine with soft tannins gently extending to your palate, leaving an extremely pleasing long finish. It persistently sits in your mouth, confirming an undisputed, strong personality.
Serving Temperature: serve at about 16-18 °C.
Vinification: Six months in second passage medium-toasted French oak tonneaux; then, eight months in bottles for further refinement.
Productivity: 900-1100 grams per plant, 4500 plants per hectare
