It is a pure Cannonau Riserva, the only one of the company for which a passage in barrique was chosen. Thanks to the balanced use of small woods it preserves the typical notes of the vine and shows a great balance between power and elegance. The aromas are characterized by decisive notes of ripe red fruit, spices and graphite. On the palate it is full, of great dynamism and with elegant and juicy tannins that promise good longevity.
Spontaneous fermentation s in a truncated cone-shaped wooden vat (75hl), 12 month in small barrel and 12 months in concrete.
