Bouquet: : intense and expansive, with hints of fruit jam and nuts, and flowery and sweet spicy notes. Ethereal undertone of tobacco and tar.
Palate:warm and full-bodied, with great tannins and excellent aromatic finish.
Serving Temperature: serve at about 18-20°C. 
Vinification: crushing of the grapes, fermentation and maceration in steel.The wine evolves for at least 18 months in small oak barrels, followed by several months in the bottle, stored horizontally in underground cellars.
