Colour: Ruby red tending to garnet.
Bouquet: Vinous bouquet, intense but delicate, enhanced by the wood.
Serving Temperature: serve at about 18-20°C.
Vinification: Long maceration in submerged cap oak vats where the alcoholic and malolactic fermentation takes place. Aging to be regulated in oak tanks followed by 3 months of aging in the bottle.
