Ballu Tundu is a pure Cannonau Riserva originating from ancient vines located at an average height of 650 m above sea level. The grapes are processed naturally respecting the traditional and archaic methods of our ancestors. It releases powerful and enveloping aromas of berries and spices, with an evident reference to myrtle, juniper berries, mastic, typical scents of our local scrub. On the palate it is powerful, fresh, savoury and as it evolves it presents a great balance, telling all the energy of the ancient vineyard of Mamoiada.
Spontaneous fermentation s in a truncated cone-shaped wooden vat (75hl), 12 month in large barrle and 24 months in concrete.
