Colour: bright yellow.
Bouquet : soft, complex, fruit-rich nose enhanced by lingering mineral notes.
Palate: the warm, broad palate echoes the nose, revealing balanced acidity and impressively rich fruit on the long finish.
Serving Temperature: serve at about 14 °C.
Soil type: Marl and sandstone of Eocene origin, known as Ponca. Excellent exposure and position, with medium to steep slope.
Vinification: Each variety is vinified separately.Cold maceration, temperature-controlled fermentation and maturing in stainless steel tanks.
NOTE FROM THE IMPORTER
We like it to let it age a bit... We end up selling it about 2 years later than available in order to let the Sauvignon Blanc to achieve an armonic balance with the other 3 grapes.

A white wine obtained from a blend of native Friulano grapes and international varieties that thrive in Friuli, especially in Collio, with its outstandingly favourable geology, soil types and site climates.
Ideal for aperitives with any type of starters, fish dishes, pasta alla carbonara, oven backed chicken, veggie risotto but due to its impressive balance it can accompany almost every dish. Delicious with light starters, baked rice or pasta, fish and white meats.
