Bouquet: Volè Rosè comes from head-trained Nero d’Avola grapes in southeastern Sicily. It is a wine of great character, with fine, persistent perlage and a freshness that makes it pleasant and balanced. fruity notes of strawberries and small red berries along with hints of rosePalate:expansive, soft and boasts pleasant freshness and structure.
Serving Temperature: serve at about 8-10°C.
Vinification: Direct pressing of whole grapes and fermentation with indigenous yeast in small stainless steel vats at a temperature of < 16 °C. The wine is left to slowly re-ferment at low temperatures with their own lees and then bottled with slight residue of natural carbon dioxide. Ages in bottle at least 3 months.
