Colour:Brillant yellow color with greenish reflections, with fine, persistent perlage.
Bouquet: Volè Bianco comes from Grillo vineyards in southeastern Sicily. It is floral, inviting, and boasts an ultra-fine, fragrant perlage making it perfect for any moment of the day.
Palate:
Inviting floral aromas on the nose bring to mind white rose and orange blossoms as well as fruity aromas like pear and apple. Soft and well balanced on the palate, with persistent freshness.
Serving Temperature: serve at about 8-10°C. 
Vinification: Fermentation of the free-run juice is carried with indigenous yeasts, in small stainless steel vats that are temperature controlled (<18 °C). It is left to slowly re-ferment at low temperatures and then bottled with a slight residue of natural carbon dioxide. It ages in bottle for three months.
