Palate: impressive structure and a thick, characteristic tannic texture, long with an aftertaste of ripe fruit and dog rose.Serving Temperature: serve at about 14-16 °C.
Vinification: The destemmed and crushed grapes ferment in steel. Maceration lasts about 20 days and is accompanied by punching down and pumping over. Malo-lactic fermentation and refinement are carried out in 25 hl barrels, where the wine ages for 18 months
