Oasis, after the name of Feudo Maccari’s Nero d’Avola vineyard, which overlooks the oasis of Vendicari, a naturalistic jewel of infinite beauty. Created to tell through the bottle’s decorations the art and beauty of Noto, Marzamemi and Sicily. A wine with a Provençal rosé, but expressing the freshness and warmth of Sicily. A fresh version of nero d’ Avola, the result of maceration for a few hours and aged in steel to enhance the primary characteristics of the varietal. As fresh as the Ionian breeze that cradles the nero d’avola grapes at Feudo Maccari. A wine with a brilliant color and delicate rose hues, fragrant and perfumed, thanks to a bouquet of floral and fruity notes. A soft elegance and a fresh and juicy palate. Round and flavorful, with good acidity. Perfect for Mediterranean cuisine as well as pairings with international and exotic dishes.
