Grapes: Corvina, Corvinone, Rondinella, Teroldego, Merlot, Oseleta
Alcohol: 12,5% 0.75L
Colour: ruby red.
Serving Temperature: serve at about 15 °C.
Vinification: When the harvest is complete, the grapes are destemmed and the vinification takes place in steel vats, temperature controlled to 25°–26°C. The fermentation takes around 15 days. The malolactic fermentation can be controlled before the bottling.
